Payment Policy

Events Within 2 Weeks: Full payment is due upon receipt.

Standard Bookings: A 50% retainer deposit is required to secure merchandise, with the final payment due two (2) weeks before the event. Failure to meet this deadline incurs a $50 expedition fee.

Non-Payment Consequences:

Invoices or estimates without a deposit or payment within 5 days will be deleted.
Orders not fully paid 2 weeks before the event will be canceled, and the retainer deposit is non-refundable.

Rush Orders: For orders placed less than 5 days before an event, a $50 rush fee applies.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and will be returned if merchandise is returned in its original condition.

Returned Merchandise Policy:

Dinnerware: Plates, charger plates, and utensils must be returned clean and free of food or gum.

Linens: Tablecloths must be free of candle wax, mold, mildew, gum, rose petals, and floral debris.

Furniture: Chair cushions and throne chairs must be free of dye transfer or other damages.

Damages or improper returns may result in withholding of the security deposit. Clients are solely responsible for rental product care.

Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

Delivery: Standard delivery includes drop-off at street level or the first floor. Additional charges apply for deliveries involving stairs, slopes, elevators, or basements.

Verification: Upon delivery, all merchandise must be inspected, and discrepancies reported immediately.

Pickup: Clients must ensure merchandise is stacked and placed in a neutral location. Non-compliance incurs a $200 breakdown fee.

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for all deliveries or pickups as per liability policy.

Payment Methods

Accepted: Cash, Zelle, ACH payment, debit, and major credit cards.

No Personal Checks Accepted.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Chair Weight Limits: Chairs have a weight capacity of 250–500 lbs. Misuse, including standing on chairs, absolves Crimson TLC of liability for accidents.

Cancellation Policy

1 Week Before Delivery: 75% cancellation fee applies.

2 Weeks Before Delivery: 50% cancellation fee applies.

3 Weeks Before Delivery: 25% cancellation fee applies.

4+ Weeks Before Delivery: Full credit offered to reschedule within 12 months.

Note: Retainer deposits are non-refundable.
